These Terms apply to all purchases made via the website https://inacks.com. They apply to both private consumers and businesses. Specific conditions may apply depending on the type of product or client (B2C or B2B).
3. Products and Availability
We sell standard and customized electronic chips. Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are published on the website. INACKS reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Customized products (e.g., pre-programmed chips or chips made to customer specifications) may have longer lead times and are non-returnable, except in case of defect.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. The sale is finalized when INACKS sends a shipping confirmation or invoice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:

5. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are expressed in Euros (€). Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before confirming the purchase.

Orders will only be processed once payment is received in full.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Spain and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be provided during checkout. INACKS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to withdraw from the contract, except for customized products. For more details, see our Refund and Return Policy.
8. Returns and Defective Products
Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and a description of the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, product datasheets, logos, etc.) is the property of INACKS or its partners. It may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
INACKS is not liable for:

11. Warranty
Standard products are covered by a 2-year warranty (for consumers) under EU law. The warranty does not apply to:

Customized products may be subject to reduced warranty conditions, specified on a case-by-case basis.
