At INACKS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund conditions carefully, especially regarding customized products, which are subject to specific restrictions under consumer law.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Customized Products)
If you purchase a standard (non-customized) product as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly by email at

2. Products Not Eligible for Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
Customized or personalized products (e.g., programmed chips, products made to order)
Opened or used electronic components that cannot be resold for safety or integrity reasons
Products returned incomplete, damaged, or without original packaging
If your order includes customized chips or configurations made specifically for you, it cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective.
3. Return Conditions
For eligible returns:
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is ours
You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives undamaged; we recommend tracked shipping
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If approved:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction
You will be refunded the full product price (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 days of acceptance
We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value due to improper handling
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
Provide order details and photos of the defect/damage
If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs)
6. B2B Sales and Exceptions
For business-to-business (B2B) purchases, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Customized components for industrial or commercial use are non-returnable.
